ROMA GREEN AWARD is an initiative aimed at rewarding the best-performing property in terms of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and climate and seismic resilience.
The Award was created to promote excellence in environmental and climate sustainability, enhancing innovative projects capable of contributing to a greener and more resilient future for Rome.
The goal is to incentivize cutting-edge solutions and stimulate the adoption of good environmental practices, capable of combining innovation with concrete commitment in the fight against climate change by fostering a forward-looking vision that aims to respond to global challenges related to sustainability.
In line with the mission of the Foundation, the ROMA GREEN AWARD is not only a recognition of projects already carried out, but a challenge for the future for the equitable and sustainable well-being of the city.
OBJECTIVES
- Energy efficiency and reduction of environmental impact
- Use of sustainable materials and materials from circular economies
- Implementation of smart solutions for the efficient management of resources and the reduction of CO2 emissions
- Social inclusion and accessibility
- Transparency and good practices in property governance
- Building resilient buildings
Design studios that have carried out real estate projects, i.e. that are at an advanced stage of implementation, or that have an urban and administrative process in progress
Submission of the application on the Foundation’s website, through a guided procedure.
