It is necessary to establish a permanent working table in which the government, the region and the municipality, supported by those who wish to contribute, work on a concrete agenda with a vision for 2050, guided by a broad vision and intermediate objectives for 2030 and 2040, starting activities immediately. Our mission is to promote a model of organic development and revitalization of capital to recover urban voids and attract investment.

The dimensions that characterize Rome are often underestimated. The industrial one, with high-tech hubs such as the chemical and pharmaceutical ones. The international one, with its diplomatic representation even superior to many cities, and the knowledge one, with more than 15 universities. Rome is a national theme. The Government is at the side of the city to work with a strategic vision and prepare for the great events that await it, just as the Ministry of Economy is at the side of the Foundation and those who are committed to the development of the Capital.

We are perceived throughout the world as producers of qualitative excellence, and the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy is careful that the product is not only well made but also sustainable. We have created a regulatory system and a specialized structure for fast-track investment lines dedicated to foreign investors. One of the largest American investment funds has certified Italy as the most attractive country in Europe.

We are channeling all possible resources to transform Rome, recovering what was blocked through administrative simplifications, the revision of urban regeneration rules, listening to the territory and also unprecedented partnerships between the public and private sectors. We have deployed more than 13 billion euros to change the infrastructure of this city, both material (roads, public transport) and immaterial (satellites, data centers, 5G, AI).
